Mr. Cosimi is a Computer Science teacher at Kirtland High School. He is a first year Coach of our school’s FTC team, and he was previously an FTC Coach for two years at Kirtland Middle School. Mr. Cosimi started to coach FTC because he is passionate about STEM, and he loves to work with students. His favorite programming language is Java because he loves how simple, yet elegant, it is. Outside of FTC, Mr. Cosimi is a husband of seven years, father of a Bichon named Lacey, and a recreational golfer. FIRST is very rewarding for Mr. Cosimi because he gets to see his students applying their classroom learning to real-world technologies.
